What's covered, and for how long
Lifetime
Media tanks, storage tanks, ceramic discs and all system dry parts.
5 years
Control valve, circuit board and filtration media.
1 year
Labor on anything arising from our original installation. RO unit carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Conditions and limits
Coverage applies to the original purchaser, on a system installed, operated and maintained per Flow Water Co guidelines.
Excludes damage from improper installation by others, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or conditions outside system specification such as freezing, flooding, or contaminant levels that foul media and membranes.
Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original period and do not restart it. Labor for component replacement outside the first year is not included.
To file a claim, contact us with proof of purchase and your installation documentation. Total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the system.
