Terms of Service

Flow Water Co (“Flow Water Co,” “we,” “us” or “our”) sells and installs whole-home water softening, carbon filtration and reverse osmosis systems for residential customers in Clearwater, St. Petersburg and the surrounding Pinellas County, Florida area.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to request service, submit a form, or consent to receive messages from us.

You must be the owner of the property where the system will be installed, or have the owner’s written authorization to have equipment installed and plumbing modified.

Advertised prices — including our $2,950 flat price for a standard city-water installation — apply to standard residential installations in our service area with normal, accessible plumbing connections.

A quote given by phone, text or email is based on the information you provide about your home. If conditions at the property differ materially from what was described — for example, work requiring trenching, new electrical service, permits, structural modification, or relocation of existing plumbing — we will tell you the revised price before any additional work begins. You may decline and cancel at no charge.

Payment is due upon completion of the installation unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales tax.

Prices on this website may change at any time. The price we confirm with you for your scheduled installation is the price that applies to your job.

You agree to provide safe, clear and lawful access to the installation area, the main water supply, an appropriate drain, and electrical service, and to have an adult 18 or older present for the duration of the installation.

We install to manufacturer specification and applicable Florida plumbing code. Where a permit is required, we will tell you before the work is scheduled.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including corroded, undersized, non-conforming or failing plumbing, or for defects that our work reveals but did not cause. If we encounter a pre-existing condition that prevents a safe installation, we will stop, explain the issue, and reschedule or cancel without penalty to you.

You may reschedule or cancel a scheduled installation at no charge by calling or texting us at least 24 hours before the appointment window.

If our crew arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property or complete the work for reasons within your control, we may charge a trip fee, which we will disclose to you before rebooking.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation right you may have under applicable Florida consumer protection law for sales solicited at your residence.

Equipment and labor warranty terms, coverage periods, conditions and exclusions are set out in full on our Products page and in your installation paperwork, and are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Warranty coverage runs to the original purchaser at the original installation address, on a system installed, operated and maintained according to our guidelines. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original period and do not restart it.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN OUR WRITTEN WARRANTY, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Keeping salt in the brine tank, replacing reverse osmosis filters on schedule, and protecting the equipment from freezing, flooding, physical damage and unauthorized modification are your responsibility.

A water treatment system reduces specific contaminants as described by the component manufacturers and their NSF certifications. We do not represent that any system makes water free of all contaminants, or that it treats conditions outside its published specification.

Program description. Flow Water Co operates a text messaging program used for customer care, quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, installation follow-up, and — where you have consented — occasional promotional offers. Texts are sent from or to (727) 594-0033.

How you opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by texting us first, or by giving us your written or verbal consent in the course of doing business with us. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any service we provide. You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to every message sent and received; we do not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us at that number. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further messages to that number unless you opt in again. You may also ask us to remove your number by calling (727) 594-0033 or emailing sales@flowwater.co.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS and Google Voice. Carrier support may change without notice.

Privacy of your mobile data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, and are excluded from every category of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy. Changes. We may change or discontinue our messaging program at any time. Material changes to the program will be reflected in these terms.

When you submit a form, call, or text us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message and email using the contact details you provide, in order to respond to your inquiry, quote your job, and schedule and service your installation.

You may withdraw consent for marketing contact at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling us directly. We may still send non-marketing service messages related to a job you have booked.

This website and its content — text, layout, photography, logos and marks — are owned by Flow Water Co and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, republish, scrape or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful, misleading or harmful content, to submit forms with false information or on behalf of someone else without authorization, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOW WATER CO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO OUR PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR THIS WEBSITE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY INSTALLATION IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT INSTALLATION.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flow Water Co and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or your failure to hold the authority to authorize work at the installation property.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

We would rather resolve any problem directly — please contact us first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Flow Water Co agree that it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Any claim must be brought within the period allowed by Florida law. Each party bears its own costs unless a court orders otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version, and changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These terms, together with your installation paperwork and our written warranty, are the entire agreement between you and Flow Water Co regarding your installation.
